Discover the “Code of the West” alive and well in Wyoming
Our Christian Based rehab at Beartooth Men’s Rehab Ranch takes place on a historic family owned and operated working cattle ranch. Our unique approach for young adult rehab and therapy is great for someone looking to better their life for themselves, their families, and God. Our Christian rehab program offers many positive first time experiences so that these young adults can focus on themselves as they really are, and visualize themselves as they might become. We believe change comes from within, and sometimes needs a little motivation.
Also, known as the “The Cowboys Code of Ethics”, is the main mindset these young men will learn and start to live by. At Beartooth Men’s Rehab they will learn from the example of true Catholic American Cowboys. An Authentic Cowboy, in our eyes, is true to his beliefs, no matter what.
They live with integrity and displays in his character that each one of us can make a difference.
They complete very hard tasks on the ranch, which are very dangerous. Also, they stand up for something
pure and good.
Cowboys have to be responsible in the sense they are taking care of so many duties on the ranch, as well as in their personal life. Their responsibility is to always have honor, dignity, loyalty, trustworthiness, and courage.
Our Catholic rehab program at Beartooth Men’s Rehab, use the cowboy’s way as inspiration. We believe these characteristics and attributes reach into the lives of struggling young men, speaks to their heart, and changes their desire of addiction, to becoming a real man who stands up and has the courage to be different. At a time when heroes are in short supply, the cowboys at Beartooth Men’s Rehab are the real deal.
The Code of the West may not be written in stone, but is embodied in all of us. We take this practice and knowledge and bestow it in our participants within our faith-based rehab. The Code of the West principles is author Jim Owens’s distillation of the timeless, universal cowboy values that are still relevant to our lives today.
